Converse Spring/Summer 2016 Footwear and Apparel Collection

For a brand that is 108 years old, Converse is still on top of the footwear and apparel industry. 

Last April 15, Converse Inc. hosted an exclusive preview of their Spring/Summer 2016 Footwear and Apparel Collection for the members of the Cebu Bloggers Society.

Converse continues to expand the offering for the innovative Converse Chuck Taylor All Star II by introducing the Converse Chuck Taylor All Star II Reflective Print – featuring a reflective print that enhances visibility in dark environments. The collection includes a classic camouflage print and repeat star print.  Like the original Converse Chuck Taylor All Star II, this new style incorporates all the comfort and forward-thinking technology including a Lunarlon sock liner for ultimate arch support as well as a gusseted and padded tongue.


As the season transitions from spring into summer, Converse launches a colorful textured knit material, to produce dimension and depth. The new Converse Chuck Taylor All Star II Knit collection provides maximum style while still delivering on superior comfort.


As the summer starts to heat up, the Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Summer Woven is here to help you keep cool. This unique canvas weave structure is hand woven and allows superior breathability and comfort. Available in classic colorways, the Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Summer Woven also features a minimally lined interior that allows the silhouette to move and flex with the foot.


The season also introduces the new Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Sex Pistols Footwear showcasing iconic imagery and artwork from the legendary punk band that brought chaos into music.

Converse celebrates the spirit and style of the legendary English punk band,Sex Pistols, by collaborating with them through colors, materials and graphics inspired by their iconic style and album art.

Each style includes the unique Sex Pistols logo on the tongue of the sneaker as well as in the foot bed. 


The Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Missoni collection returns with a reinterpretation of Missoni’s signature zigzag. These angular lines, amply named “The Flame,” boast a printed canvas with woven metallic threading. A leather tongue and heel tab makes this the perfect sneaker for the fashion journey from runway to street.


Originating in 1974, the classic design of Converse Cons One Star was reintroduced in the Fall of 2015. It became the essential sneaker for skateboarders, and for everyday wear. The Lunarlon sock liner technology helps to heighten comfort and purpose.

The final addition to the remastered collection is the Converse Jack Purcell Remastered in Tumbled Leather.The sneaker features a beautifully crafted, premium tumbled leather upper with details including a post-applied Jack Purcell logo on the tongue and punched eyelets for a smooth quality finish. A Lunarlon footbed with a cork top cloth also provides an added layer of comfort.
