This Jansport backpack has been my go-to travel companion for more than ten years. Nothing fancy, but always reliable and durable. It may not look as sleek or trendy as other branded bags, yet every time I see it, I’m reminded of the countless journeys it has carried me through.
It’s been with me on trips both local and international, tucked under airplane seats and stowed in overhead bins. I’ve packed it to the brim more times than I can count. Once, it held two laptops, an iPad, a hardbound book, a sweater, a pouch of electronic gear, and even a make-up kit — and still, its stitches held firm, with no rips or tears.
I bought it years ago for about Php2000, already on sale. Over time, I’ve been tempted to replace it with something “sexier” or more popular, but I always end up choosing this bag.
That’s life, after all — full of choices. And in the end, it’s you alone who decides what truly matters.
