On December 1, Philippine Airlines launched their new domestic and international routes from Cebu, 'The Queen City of the South'. PAL introduces four new routes coming out of Cebu: Cebu-Ozamiz, Cebu-Siargao, Cebu-Camiguin, and Cebu-Legazpi.
The new flights are part of the ongoing expansion of PAL Cebu, considered the flag carrier's primary hub outside Manila. These domestic flights will further enhance connectivity with Northern Mindanao and the Bicol Region.
Starting December 2, the thrice-weekly Cebu-Bangkok service will cater to travelers flying to this Asian destination. PR578 departs Mactan, Cebu at 9:25PM every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. PR579 leaves Bangkok at 1:30AM local time every Wednesday, Friday, Sunday.
From the Cebu hub, travelers may also take PAL flights to Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, Seoul (Incheon), Singapore, Chengdu, and Beijing (Peking).
PAL's array of full-service offerings such as free baggage allowance (FBA), free snacks, and beverage for domestic travels. Free hot meals and drinks for international travels, free movies, TV shows, music, and comfortable seats ensure a convenient and relaxing flight experience matched with the airline's trademark heartfelt service.
