YYYYEEEEESSSSS!!!! A loud and resounding applause!!! 19 Emmy Nominations for Game of Thrones for this year's Primetime Emmys. This was revealed on July 10 during the Emmy Nominations Announcement which was hosted by Mindy Kaling and Carson Daly.
Nominations are lead by Peter Dinklage and Lena Headey for Best Supporting Actor and Actress in a Drama Series. The HBO Series also got the nod in the Drama Series Category. Diana Rigg who played Lady Olenna Tyrell also got a nod in the Guest Actress in a Drama Series category.
Most notable snob was for Charles Dance who played the Lannister Patriarch. This was his last chance to get nominated since his character was killed in Season 4.
I'm very excited to know who if Peter Dinklage will win. The 66th Primetime Emmy Awards will be aired on August 25.
